Hodan Residential Tower is a 14-storey apartment building on a corner plot surrounded by low-rise housing and shops. ASAS GROUP LTD is the main contractor for the full build, from foundations to handover.
The reinforced concrete frame and the blockwork are complete on every floor. Work has moved to external render, windows and the building services, with scaffolding still in place on two elevations.
The plot leaves almost no laydown space, so materials are delivered floor by floor to an agreed schedule and the tower crane was removed as soon as the roof slab was cast.
