ASAS Production Industries manufactures construction and finishing products locally, reducing lead times and import dependency for projects across Somalia. Our production lines cover PVC products, aluminium fabrication, furniture, cement blocks and tile adhesive. Production runs to documented bills of materials and scheduled production orders, with capacity planning and production costing applied to every batch. Quality is inspected at three points — incoming raw materials, in-process, and finished goods — before anything leaves the facility. A planned maintenance programme covering machine servicing, spare parts holding and breakdown analysis keeps the lines available, and barcode and weighbridge systems provide traceability from raw material through to delivered product.
