On the leasing side we handle lease agreements, rent collection, security deposits and renewals, giving tenants a single point of contact for the life of the tenancy. Occupied buildings are supported by our facility management team, which handles tenant maintenance requests, runs scheduled preventive maintenance, and coordinates approved contractors — so buildings hold their value and tenants are not left chasing repairs.
