Jigjiga Yar Office Building is a four-storey office block with stone-clad columns and full-height glazing on each floor.
ASAS GROUP LTD developed the building and completed it in March 2023. The floors were let as open-plan space for tenants to partition themselves.
The group now manages the building, covering leases, cleaning, security, backup power and maintenance.
